Lead, LPN / Medical Assistant - Walk-In Clinic Oak Harbor

Lead assignment includes implementing practices to ensure clinical standards are met and providing support and guidance to employees within the same functional area. Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and evaluate clinical outcomes, if applicable. Ensures staff compliance with clinical and operational protocols, policies, and procedures, while assisting with orientation and training of new staff. Directs departmental workflow and assists with daily distribution of the workload. Performs quality controls as required by department policy and monitors and removes outdated supplies. Assists with ordering supplies to ensure timely access and tracks facility service and repair issues. May assist with creating and maintaining the departmental schedule. Lead pay includes an additional $2.00 per hour.
