Lead Loss Prevention Officer

Conduct key control audits, monitor electronic key boxes, and patrol all property areas while assisting guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems, respond to accidents, and defuse disturbances by contacting EMS or administering first aid as required. Complete incident reports, daily activity summaries, and safety hazard resolutions while escorting unwelcome persons and documenting vehicle accidents. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and provide proper paperwork for employees requiring medical treatment. Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and navigating uneven surfaces to ensure quality assurance standards.
