Job Summary
Draft customer tender requirements and update system tasks independently. Perform audits of team work and create Contracts in SAP and Athena for won tenders. Monitor master data quality metrics, establish data owners, and manage governance processes. Own the end-to-end opportunity life cycle for L&S products, focusing on contractual rate timeliness and accuracy. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify customer requirements, create Standard Rate Templates, and update Sales and Purchase contracts in SAP. Provide training to ensure compliance with designated controls globally and conduct necessary reconciliations for revenue and cost recognition. Meet ad-hoc customer requirements with urgency while collaborating with GSC teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline
- 3 – 4 years of prior experience in Tender & Contract Management process (must have)
- Analytical, process management, and data management
- Expert Level knowledge – Contracting & Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics using excel (good to have)
- Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage
- Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous
