Job Summary
Lead Logistics Booking Service Process Expert responsible for coordinating ocean logistics bookings, executing SOP/IOP requests, and delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service across emails, calls, chats, and reports. Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries, identify process deviations, and propose improvements. Requires strong English and Mandarin communication (and Korean or Japanese for Korea/Japan-related roles), proficiency in MS Office, and a background in shipping/logistics. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of KPIs, with duties including documentation, booking execution, and sharing best practices to optimize team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service-related industry is preferred
- Background in shipping and logistics is a plus
- Proficient in reading, writing and communication in English and Mandarin; proficient in Japanese or Korean is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
