Job Summary
Lead Logistics Booking Service Process Expert responsible for executing SOP/IOP-based bookings and related documentation across channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service quality to meet KPIs. Facilitates sharing best practices to drive performance and process improvements, communicates effectively with customers and stakeholders, and identifies process deviations or safety risks to team leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or above; 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, with English and Mandarin proficiency and Japanese or Korean language skills advantageous for Japan/Korea business. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
