Job Summary
Lead Logistics Associate II responsible for overseeing material flow and performing the majority of logistics functions independently, with 4+ years of logistics experience. Works collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate shipping, labeling, and paperwork, including HAZMAT handling and ISO-compliant processes. Manages shipments domestically and internationally, maintains inventory accuracy, trains and mentors team members, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Proficient with ShipConsole, Oracle EBS, Apex, and Microsoft Office; demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of Logistics experience
- Experience with ShipConsole and Oracle EBS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Monday.com
- Knowledge of ISO shipping procedures and standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across multiple departments
- Experience in training and mentoring new team members
- Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
- Experience handling domestic and international shipments
- Familiarity with 5S standards and safety procedures
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in logistics systems (Oracle and Apex)
- willingness to perform both independent and team-based work
- Ability to adapt to overtime or varied shift patterns as needed
- Attention to detail in labeling, packing, and documentation
- Experience with hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT) and appropriate labeling
