Job Summary
Lead Logistics Associate II responsible for ensuring efficient material flow and performing a majority of logistics functions independently. Duties include shipping products to internal and external customers using ShipConsole or Oracle EBS, handling shipping paperwork, labeling, and packaging; preparing outgoing shipments including HAZMAT materials; ensuring ISO-standard compliance for domestic and international shipments; accuracy in Oracle EBS/Apex discrepancies with root-cause explanations; mentoring and leading other team members; maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting Production’s needs; and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Logistics team. Certification requirements apply to Ammo and Firearms divisions (HAZMAT, DOT/IATA/IMDG training, PIT/MEWP where applicable). Regular on-site attendance and adherence to safety and ISO procedures are required; multiple shifts possible and overtime may be required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to coordinate with Quality, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of Logistics experience required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of Logistics experience
- Knowledge of material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, handheld scanners
- PIT and MEWP certification and operation capability (Firearms Division)
- DOT Hazmat training and IATA/IMDG familiarity (Ammo Division)
- Oracle EBS and Apex experience
- ShipConsole experience
- ISO shipping standards

- Lead or supervisory experience
