Job Summary
Lead, Logistics Associate I responsible for ensuring effective and efficient material flow and performing 60-70% of logistics tasks independently. Executes shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and labeling with Oracle EBS and ShipConsole; ensures compliance with ISO standards for domestic and international shipments; mentors new team members; leads continuous improvement projects; collaborates with Logistics Supervisors/Leads; oversees task assignment and performance; supports production needs and maintains accurate records for outgoing shipments and inbound material.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Logistics experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead others
- Knowledge of material moving equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, handheld scanners)
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); advanced knowledge of Oracle and Apex logistics transactions
- PIT and MEWP certification and operation capability (Firearms Division)
- HM 126-F, IATA DG training, IMDG DG training, DOT Hazmat training (Ammo Division)
- Ability to clearly convey ideas in written and spoken form
- Ability to work with other departments’ leadership
- Ability to operate independently and identify next priorities
- Compliance with safety and ISO procedures
- On-site attendance and punctuality
