Job Summary
Lead Line Cook at Truk’t within Geronimo Hospitality Group: responsible for serving high-quality food and maintaining consistency across line stations; works as part of the kitchen team to create memorable dining experiences, develops knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and ingredients, performs opening/closing duties, ensures proper food temperatures and ServSafe procedures, and contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a non-fast food restaurant and/or training in a culinary school
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
- Ability to perform arithmetic in all units of measure (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years old
- U.S. Work Authorization (required)
