Job Summary
Lead Line Cook responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating across stations (Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill); follow portions, recipes, and quality standards; keep station clean, stocked, and organized; assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations. Requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; AM/PM and mid-day shifts available; part-time to 40 hours per person. Required Qualifications
