Lead Line Cook responsible for preparing pizzas and fry items to recipes and standards, leading kitchen operations during service, opening/closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, monitoring food quality and portion control, assisting with prep and inventory, and upholding safety guidelines; requires 2+ years in food & beverage, organizational and leadership skills, basic computer knowledge, nutrition/ costing knowledge, and a CA ServSafe Manager certification.
Required Qualifications
