Lead Line Cook- (Bilingual English-Spanish)

Prepare and cook food items to perfection while maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Collaborate with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and take ownership of opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes. Assist in staff training and development, and facilitate smooth team dynamics by resolving minor conflicts. Requires solid culinary skills, including knife work and flat-top cooking, with at least two years of kitchen experience and one year of leadership experience.
