Lead Line Cook for Watercolour Grillhouse at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. The role leads the PM line for a fine dining restaurant, prepares hot items per standard recipes, visually inspects ingredients, ensures proper storage and portion control, maintains clean and compliant working areas, works across all kitchen stations, attends monthly departmental meetings, and contributes to a safe, efficient kitchen environment. Requires stamina for standing, ability to lift, math skills for recipe quantities, and experience in a hotel kitchen setting. J1 visa candidates are welcomed.
