Job Summary
Lead Legal Operations Manager responsible for setting the legal and compliance tech strategy, managing the budget and outside counsel spend, vendor relationships, data and reporting, and cross-functional program enablement. Own the technology roadmap for the legal team, drive AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Ironclad CLM, Claude for Legal, Harvey, GC.AI) adoption, and scalable processes across contracting, research, knowledge management, and intake. Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring value from legal tech investments, while coaching a Commercial Legal–focused operations teammate. Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, and Business Operations to align tooling, process changes, and enablement training with measurable productivity gains. Demonstrate clear, empathetic communication, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven decision-making to optimize legal workflows and vendor management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in legal operations at a high-growth company, including direct experience running contracting operations
