Job Summary
Conduct short-term intervention placements to identify barriers to student engagement in mainstream education. Implement strategies to enable students to achieve their potential within a Pupil Referral Unit. Build caring relationships with young people finding it challenging to succeed in mainstream education while maintaining high expectations. Support the team in ensuring students get as much as they can out of their education through expert communication and superior listening skills.
