Job Summary
Lead Laser Esthetician in a part-time leadership role responsible for both delivering advanced laser treatments (BBL/IPL, skin resurfacing) and building out the esthetics and laser program. You will maintain a clinical schedule while developing protocols, training team members, and expanding laser-based services, with ownership over the growing program’s standards and long-term structure. This role requires WA Master Esthetician license and 3–5+ years in medical aesthetics, offering a compensation package of $25-$35/hour plus commission and tips. The position balances clinical duties with leadership responsibilities and has potential to grow into full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Master Esthetician License
- 3–5+ years in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting
- Proven experience with skin resurfacing lasers
- Ability to perform advanced laser treatments independently
- Mentoring or training clinical staff strongly preferred
