Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily landscaping operations, supervising crew activities for maintenance, installations, and improvements across El Cerrito and the East Bay. Troubleshoot and manage irrigation systems by reading valves and identifying issues while ensuring job sites are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Train team members on proper techniques, communicate client updates, and maintain tools and equipment. Requires 3+ years of experience, leadership skills, and a valid driver's license. Starting pay is $25 per hour with PTO and bonus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership or crew management experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional landscaping experience
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including reading valves, troubleshooting, and repair
- Experience with landscape maintenance, hardscaping, and plant care
