Job Summary
Lead a landscape maintenance crew to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include supervising and training crew members, ensuring safety and best practices, coordinating daily tasks for efficiency, and advocating for the team with management. Perform/oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as plant health care, irrigation adjustments, fertilization, mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting; monitor soil health; audit and maintain irrigation systems; inspect for pests and diseases; complete maintenance visit checklists and maintain records. Strong leadership, horticultural knowledge, communication, and safety enforcement are essential; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate and oversee landscaping tools and equipment
