Lead Landscape Installer

Job Summary
Lead and work alongside installation crews on landscape and hardscape projects, installing trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, sod, drainage systems, pavers, and retaining walls. Read and execute landscape designs and installation plans while coordinating daily jobsite activities to maintain production goals. Train and mentor crew members, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Operate landscaping equipment, skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools safely, maintaining clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. Valid driver's license required; ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Previous landscape installation experience

- Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and materials
- Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees
- Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape installation

- Bilingual English/Spanish
