Conduct initial site analyses, take property measurements, and photograph project sites to guide clients from inquiry to approved build plans. Draft schematic landscape concepts and deliver complete design packages including boundary drawings, hardscape layouts, detailed planting plans, and utility layouts. Lead design presentations, manage client feedback through structured revisions, and calculate precise material takeoffs for accurate project estimates. Maintain weekly touchpoints to update clients on design queue statuses and share daily schedule reports and end-of-day screenshots. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transitions from paper to construction while resolving site challenges via team channels.
