Job Summary
Lead Labor Compliance Consultant to drive labor compliance across Asia Pacific, translating law into action and partnering with Payroll, Global People Solutions, and Employment Legal to deliver scalable, compliant processes. Advise HR and business partners on labor compliance topics including wages, working time, leave, terminations, severance, and social security; monitor legislative changes and guide stakeholders; lead labor audit engagements and government interactions to manage risk; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance exposure; develop and refine guidance, SOPs, and playbooks; support regional projects and adoption of technology and AI-enabled solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
