Job Summary
Coordinate daily workflow and operational readiness for assigned elementary school units while providing day-to-day lead direction and assistance to staff. Assist with onboarding and training, monitor routine work quality, safety, and compliance, and resolve customer and operational concerns. Prepare draft employee evaluations for supervisory review and document performance concerns requiring escalation. Serve as the primary designee for routine daily operations during supervisor absence, maintaining schedules, logs, and operational records. This role supports a team dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and efficiently operated school facilities that support students, staff, and the broader community.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years of related experience.
- Experience as a Building Tech or Custodial Support Tech (CST).
