Lead Kitting Associate

Job Summary
Lead Kitting Associate responsible for supporting the supervisor in daily warehouse operations, organizing and executing customer orders including pick/ship and kitting, monitoring performance and safety compliance, inspecting merchandise, participating in inventory, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, etc.). Must work 2nd shift (4:30 pm–1 am) in a non-climate controlled warehouse with exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery; requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination to manage multiple projects and guide team members and temporary workers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-1 years supervisory/management experience
- 3-5 years related job experience
- ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- experience with safety, environmental, and DOT regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT)
- proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- strong communication and leadership skills
- warehouse experience in a distribution environment
