Lead Kitting Associate

Lead Kitting Associate responsible for assisting the supervisor in daily warehouse operations and coordinating work flow by carrying out standard activities and supporting other kitting staff. Responsibilities include organizing and executing customer orders to ensure timely pick/ship and kitting, monitoring work performance to ensure safety and policy compliance, inspecting merchandise for shortages or damage, participating in annual inventory, applying safety and housekeeping standards, performing equipment safety reviews, reporting hazards, using warehouse locator systems, preparing products for shipment (packaging, labeling), communicating shortages for accurate billing, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, FDA, EPA, DOT and other regulatory requirements. Requires exposure to a non-climate-controlled warehouse with noise, dust, and moving equipment; ability to lift 50-75 lbs and maneuver heavy loads; 0-1 years supervisory/management experience plus 3-5 years related experience; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; willingness to work in a distribution environment with shift work.
