Job Summary
Lead the fraud platform modernization plan by collaborating with Global Fraud Solutions Product Management, Development, and Platform Engineering teams to define and execute cloud-native delivery strategies. Manage cloud development practices to enhance existing fraud solutions with a privacy-by-design focus, ensuring alignment with product and technical vision. Drive resourcing plans combining internal teams with third-party consulting services to accelerate delivery of scalable, global applications at consumer scale. Partner with Architecture and Development teams to design and implement the next-generation platform while inspiring continuous improvement across processes and products. Participate in PI ceremonies and maintain regular 1:1s to drive team growth and feedback loops. This hybrid role requires two days in-person at an assigned TU office location.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in service-oriented solution delivery
- Previous success in senior technical roles for engineering and architecture teams
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure
- Experience with DevOps tools and technologies
- Experience in systems design, implementation, and engineering leadership for SaaS products and services
- API design and implementation experience
- Familiarity with NoSQL data stores (key-value, column-oriented, & graph DBs) and messaging systems
- Successful delivery of high-availability, low latency architectures
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, proactively recommend solutions, and solve complex problems
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions in multidivisional, multinational organizations
- BS and/or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly
- Experience working in a matrixed structure with dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology/Engineering, and senior executives)
- Outstanding team player with a customer/consumer experience mindset who can interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week
