Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming, leveraging Flux/Reactive, lambdas, and Stream concepts to optimize application performance through multithreading. Utilize Springboot framework expertise including Spring-data, spring-stream, spring-task/batch, and WebClient while working with RDBMS systems like PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Neo4j. Implement hands-on stream processing with Kafka and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker to enhance scalability. This remote Lead Java Developer role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in Java development
- Solid understanding of reactive programming
