Job Summary
The SSCT Lead position involves managing and leading sanitation staff while ensuring compliance with quality assurance and food safety requirements. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess basic safety knowledge. Working hours are Monday-Friday from 6:15 am to 6:15 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Plant internal operations and facilities needs
- Very good communication skills, able to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
- Bilingual English & Spanish
- Basic safety knowledge
- Good problem solving and people skills
- Able to accommodate changing needs of management
- Good knowledge of Safety compliance and Deere Plant sanitation needs.
