Job Summary
Deliver excellent nursing care by administering IV drips, injections, and providing prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals. Train registered nurses in clinical protocols and educate front desk staff on medical services to ensure seamless client support. Oversee studio medical operations by managing scheduling, monitoring KPIs, and driving revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence. Collaborate with leadership to implement activations and ensure strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Model servant leadership to empower the team and maintain a high-performance culture focused on exceptional client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections
