Job Summary
Deliver excellent nursing care by administering IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision. Train registered nurses and educate front desk staff on clinical protocols to ensure compliance and safety. Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to implement activations. Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage while mentoring the team to achieve performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections
