Lead IT Sourcing Specialist (Infrastructure)

Job Summary
Lead strategic indirect IT sourcing and procurement across GE Vernova’s IT Infrastructure category. Responsible for strategy development and execution through the sourcing process (strategy, market analysis, RFXs, supplier selection and contract creation), vendor management, and drive year-over-year TCO reductions. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Business Sourcing, Operations, and Supply-Chain to optimize spend, governance, and compliance while delivering service excellence. Drive demand management, policy alignment, and ensure benefit realization; lead a team of sourcing professionals and act as a trusted advisor to multi-functional stakeholder teams to design and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in IT Procurement and Sourcing function
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience/ knowledge
- Advanced English required (writing and speaking)
- Strong analytical skills (spend analytics, should-cost analysis, market R&I)
- Demonstrated negotiations skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong project management skills
- History with supply base consolidation
