Job Summary

Lead IT Service Management at Group level to build and lead Mehiläinen’s ITSM capability across Europe. Act as solution owner for the tailored ITSM solution, drive its development project on time and within budget, coordinate rollout across Group countries, define ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem, service request), establish the SMO aligned with long-term objectives, monitor KPIs, and communicate progress to leadership; requires hands-on ITSM delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and international project experience. Fluency in English is required; Finnish or another Group language is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in IT service management or ITSM systems, with a proven track record of leading comparable programmes
  • Hands-on experience developing or deploying ITSM solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or custom-built solutions)
  • ITIL certification (Foundation as a minimum; Practitioner or Managing Professional preferred)
  • Experience of international IT projects and multicultural teams
  • A relevant higher education degree (e.g. computer science, information systems or equivalent)
  • Fluent English; Finnish or another Group language is considered an advantage
  • Experience in the social and healthcare sector is considered an advantage
