Lead IT Security Analyst - HIPAA, HITRUST, FISMA

Lead enterprise risk assessments and evaluate security of modern technology environments, including cloud-based platforms. Drive design, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's risk assessment program aligned to HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS, and FISMA. Conduct complex evaluations of identity management, network architecture, and data protection while partnering with IT, Security, Clinical, and Research stakeholders. Serve as a senior escalation point for high-risk assessments across enterprise systems, third-party vendors, and research environments. Provide subject matter expertise, mentorship, and audit support to ensure controls are effectively implemented and aligned with regulatory expectations.
