Job Summary
Hybrid Lead Inventory Control Specialist in Los Angeles, CA managing a small team of up to 10 inventory specialists while delivering inventory-related field services. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, cycle counts, and ensuring SLA compliance, as well as coaching and training staff, approving timecards, hiring, and providing client-facing support. Requires at least 2 years in inventory control and customer service, strong organizational, communication, and data-analysis skills; advanced MS Office proficiency; experience with databases; ability to lead, coach, and manage performance; travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory controls and customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem solving and data analysis abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience working with databases is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees and client liaison at all levels
- Be self-directed and motivated
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
