Job Summary
Direct and coordinate physical inventory activities, including auditing, monitoring cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records of all adjustments. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, analyze results to initiate corrective actions, and ensure operational reporting is completed via applicable systems. Lead small task teams by allocating responsibilities, providing on-the-job coaching, and answering technical queries to achieve daily warehouse outcomes. Confirm completion of cycle count activity daily and drive partnerships with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years warehousing and inventory experience
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- Working knowledge of warehouse management system (preferably Blue Yonder or SAP) or plant systems, processes and procedures
- Strong Excel and decision making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work specific shift
- knowledge of commonly-used concepts', practices and procedures
- read, understand and follow directions/instructions/work procedures/safety rules
- operate various office equipment as needed
- perform simple math calculations
- operate basic document and spreadsheet software
- High School or equivalent experience
- English Proficiency: Intermediate (CEFR B1/ Completed EF level 6)
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education/training in business or supply chain discipline
