Lead Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Conduct all-source research and analysis using open-source, commercial, and government databases to identify threats, security concerns, and intelligence gaps. Compile findings into written assessments, briefings, and cyber threat intelligence products to support protective programs, investigations, and crisis management. Evaluate incoming intelligence reports, provide situational awareness through law enforcement outreach, and apply the Behavioral Threat Assessment Management model to identify threat actors. Manage daily assignments and longer-term projects while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures. Obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance within one year of start date.

Required Qualifications

  • Must obtain a Top Secret/SCI within 1 year of start date
  • Bachelor's Degree in intelligence, law enforcement, security, or related field
  • Must possess at least seven (7) of cumulative experience in open-source intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting
  • U.S. citizenship (either by birth or naturalization)
  • Valid high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or equivalency
  • Be able to read, write and speak the English language fluently
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyewear) state driver's license
  • Pass a background security investigation
  • Successfully complete all on-boarding training to include online mandatory training and on-the-job training
  • Sign and be subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
