Job Summary
Assist new and existing customers with insurance products and service needs, greet all clients professionally, and answer inquiries regarding coverage details and service requests. Perform outbound calls to follow up on renewals and sales opportunities, identify new business prospects, and accurately document transactions in company systems. Adhere to underwriting guidelines, route claims inquiries to appropriate carriers, and support administrative functions while maintaining a clean office presentation. This in-office role requires daily on-site presence and an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license
- Valid driver's license
- Maintain reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, systems navigation, email)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver's license preferred
