Job Summary
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist them with insurance products and service needs across multiple lines. Answer policy-related inquiries, follow underwriting guidelines, and perform outbound calls to support renewals and sales opportunities. Accurately document transactions in company systems, ensure claims inquiries are routed correctly, and market products to support retail location growth. Maintain a clean office presentation and provide exceptional service via phone and in-person interactions. This IN-OFFICE role requires daily on-site presence and adherence to carrier requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license
- Valid driver's license
- Maintain reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, systems navigation, email)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver's license preferred
