Job Summary
Lead new unit project execution globally from design through customer delivery, providing technical ownership for instrumentation scope across gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and balance of plant fluid systems. Develop, review, and approve instrumentation drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of material, and technical specifications in GTCC PLM and EPLAN, while overseeing project documentation including schematics and signal lists. Perform and lead analysis and design studies for instrumented fluid systems, driving resolution of complex technical issues related to instrumentation design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and field operation. Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with mechanical, controls, and project engineering teams to ensure robust, integrated design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in instrumentation, control systems, power generation, turbomachinery, industrial systems, or related applications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Strong experience with instrumentation engineering principles, instrumented fluid systems, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control system interfaces
- Demonstrated experience executing engineering scope for complex projects in power generation, oil & gas, process
