Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise Surgical Processing personnel during assigned shifts, providing service for neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Demonstrate knowledge of instrument sterilization techniques and manage daily operations within the Surgical Processing department. Requires two years of surgical processing experience or experience as a surgical technologist, plus basic computer skills. Preferred candidates hold a Certified Surgical Technologist, OR, or Certified Central Service Technician credential. Schedule runs from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of surgical processing experience or two years as a surgical technologist
- Demonstrated knowledge of instrument sterilization techniques
- Basic computer skills
