Job Summary
Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in client homes, schools, and center settings while partnering with in-person BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Coach parents and caregivers to support learning in everyday routines and develop new Clinical Trainees using Behavior Skills Training. Ensure accurate data collection and model FirstSteps values through teamwork and accountability. This role offers ongoing clinical mentorship, BCBA supervision opportunities for eligible graduate students, and access to experienced, in-person supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Is an experienced RBT (or BT)
- enjoys working directly with children and families
- Wants to continue learning from experienced, in-person BCBAs
- Enjoys teaching and encouraging new clinical team members
- Thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment
