Job Summary
Manage enrollments, attendance reporting, and wait lists for Takoda Prep of AIOIC students while maintaining school capacity. Conduct direct instruction, develop curriculum, and oversee grading and grade reporting for faculty. Lead faculty meetings, coordinate transition planning for seniors, and serve as the primary contact with the AIOIC Director to ensure contract compliance with the Minneapolis School District. Provide oversight for all on-site personnel regarding grant deliverables and monitor the annual budget in collaboration with senior leadership. Attend required trainings and participate in Professional Development sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- active Minnesota state Teacher's License at the secondary education level at a Tier 3 or Tier 4 level
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

- Knowledge of the history, culture, and perspectives of the Native American people

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) or equivalent
- two to four years related teaching experience
- two to four years related educational administrative experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience as stated above
