Lead Installer position responsible for installing and replacing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial buildings; oversee installation technicians; conduct site evaluations; ensure safety and installation accuracy; coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory; provide training to technicians; collaborate with office staff for documentation; improve operational procedures for efficiency and customer satisfaction; handle customer queries professionally; participate in on-call emergencies; requires 5+ years HVAC install experience, Journeyman and EPA licenses, and ability to pass drug screening; benefits include comprehensive health and life insurance, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC Install experience
- Must hold a current Journeyman and EPA license
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening test prior to employment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with office staff and clients
- Ability to work independently with good time management
- Capable of effectively managing a company truck inventory
- On-call rotation for emergency services
