Job Summary
Lead Installer responsible for performing installations and replacements of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial buildings, overseeing installation technicians, conducting site evaluations, ensuring safety and installation quality, coordinating with suppliers and managing equipment/inventory, providing training and support to technicians, collaborating with office staff on paperwork, enhancing operational procedures for efficiency and customer satisfaction, handling customer queries professionally, and participating in on-call rotations for emergencies. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC Install experience
- Must hold a current Journeyman license
- EPA license
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems (refrigerant, electrical, controls, mechanical)
