Job Summary
Lead and supervise the delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide. Guide installation team members to maintain productivity and uphold company standards while coordinating work activities with General Contractors on-site. Communicate directly with customers and project managers to ensure successful job execution, and perform some warehouse work and building maintenance as needed. Move heavy objects, operate power tools, and work on construction sites, operational kitchens, and loading docks. Travel 3-4 nights per week and 3-4 weeks per month with an active driver's license required to drive a company truck. This role offers on-site technical leadership without direct reports, focusing on quality workmanship and safe, efficient project completion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel 3-4 nights per week, 3-4 weeks per month
- Extensive experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or forklift
- Ability to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks
- Mechanically inclined, skilled use of hand tools
- Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work
- Experience with company emailing and use of a smartphone
- Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate
- Physical abilities including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. that will be required
- Climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting
