Job Summary
Conduct installation and repair of Marvin Windows and Doors, including removal of existing units, measuring openings, securing products to walls, and installing hardware, trim, and treatments. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customers, communicating progress and ensuring work meets company standards. Provide direction to team members, clean jobsites, and perform field inspections or second measures as required. Operate hand and power tools safely while adhering to strict safety protocols and wearing required protective gear. Maintain company tools, manage material returns, and complete administrative tasks using electronic systems. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and occasional overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Compliance with company Fleet Safety Policy
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, or elevated areas, including tasks performed one to two stories above ground level
- Ability to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, including use of a phone, computer, and electronic systems for communication, documentation, and job-related reporting
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle tools and materials, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform repetitive motions related to window and door installation activities
- Ability to meet company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions and wearing required safety apparel (i.e., shoes, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.)
- Ability to report any safety issues to the manager
- Ability to comply with the company Fleet Safety Policy
- Ability to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily
