Job Summary
Lead HVAC Installation Technician with strong field leadership and customer-service focus. Responsible for leading lead installations, coaching and developing installers, ensuring 80% of jobs are completed without missing materials, performing code-compliant wiring (low and high voltage), executing precise duct sizing/design, delivering flawless startups and system charging, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly, and installing line sets/line hide with showroom-quality results. Experience mentoring teams, working with ServiceTitan documentation (preferred), and achieving high-quality installations is required. Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years HVAC installation experience

- capable of high/low voltage wiring
- Proficient with duct sizing and design
