Job Summary
Lead residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects across Metro Atlanta, managing crews to execute cabinetry, tile, plumbing, and finish carpentry tasks. Review approved scopes of work, coordinate with project managers, and maintain clean, safe job sites while communicating daily progress updates. Supply your own vehicle, tools, and equipment unless otherwise agreed, ensuring projects meet high workmanship standards and client expectations for a 5-star review.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an experienced remodeling Lead Installer with a qualified crew
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to speak English
- Must have reliable working vehicle, tools, equipment, and ability to transport materials and crew members
- Experience with kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, tile, finish carpentry, and related residential remodeling work
- Ability to drill for hinges and install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, end panels, veneer, trim, and roll-out trays
- Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, saws, routers, nail guns, and other remodeling equipment
- Must be professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project specifications
- Must be able to interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- Must take personal pride in completing work correctly the first time
- Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Must be properly set up as a 1099 independent contractor
