Job Summary
Lead Installer leads a team of two installers to manage bathroom remodeling projects from installation through quality assurance, ensuring on-time completion, adherence to safety procedures, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include team leadership, training new installers, performing acrylic bath installations with precision, coordinating with the Installation Manager to ensure materials and schedules, communicating with customers to manage expectations, upholding safety and regulatory standards on job sites, and resolving any issues that arise to improve installation processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in home remodeling, with a focus on acrylic bath installations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of installation techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
