Job Summary
Lead Installer to oversee Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include installing epoxy/polyaspartic flooring systems, interpreting installation instructions, supervising on-site teams, performing hands-on installation with power tools, ensuring safety and adherence to specifications, maintaining a clean work environment, collaborating with teammates, and communicating effectively with clients and supervisors. The role requires experience in epoxy/polyaspartic flooring installation, leadership ability to motivate a team, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
