Job Summary
Install stone countertops accurately and efficiently in residential and commercial settings, safely removing existing units and managing plumbing connections as required. Ensure all installations meet quality standards while communicating professionally with customers and resolving on-site issues to maintain project timelines. Lead an installation crew, maintaining clean and organized job sites, and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs, working overtime when needed to meet customer schedules. Travel locally throughout the Reno market with occasional out-of-town assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Stone Countertop Installer
- Proven experience installing granite, quartz, and other stone countertops
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work independently while leading an installation crew
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
